15.20.010 Purpose and findings. – On January 28, 1991, the city council enacted Ordinance No. 63 (amended). This ordinance established a comprehensive scheme for the regulation of space rents in mobilehome parks in the city, and limits the rent increases that may be charged by park owners.
The Annual Adjustment is calculated based on 100% of the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) or four percent (4%) of current space rent, whichever is less.
