  1. Carson, CA – Chapter 7 – Mobilehome Space Rent Control

    No Park Owner may require, directly or indirectly, that any Homeowner or prospective Homeowner sign a lease or rental agreement that provides that it shall be exempt from local rent control or provides for space rent in excess of that permitted by this Chapter as a condition of tenancy in the park and no Park Owner may deny a tenancy to a prospective purchaser of a mobilehome in the park on the ground that the prospective purchaser will not sign such a lease or rental agreement.

  2. Southern California Mobilehome Owners Alliance (SCMOA)

    When we started our group the people who were attending the meetings were from the South Bay so that’s why we named our group the South Bay Mobilehome Residents Alliance (SBMRA). Since that time we now have people attending from other areas so we changed the name to the Southern California Mobilehome Owners Alliance (SCMOA). Although we are residents of a mobilehome park we own our homes so that change was also incorporated in the name change.

  3. South Bay Mobilehome Resident’s Alliance (SBMRA)

    The South Bay Mobilehome Resident’s Alliance (SBMRA) is a community advocacy group for mobilehome owners based in the South Bay of California. The mission of the South Bay Mobilehome Resident’s Alliance (SBMRA) is to serve as a vehicle to promote mobile home owners interests. It seeks to promote representation in government entities, to protect the legal rights of park residents, to improve the quality of life in mobile home parks, and to preserve park residents’ equity in their mobile homes.
