§ 1116. Lot and Park Area Grading

1. The park area and park roadways shall be so graded that there will be no depressions in which surface water will accumulate and remain for a period of time that would constitute a health and safety violation as determined by the enforcement agency. The ground shall be sloped to provide storm drainage run-off by means of surface or subsurface drainage facility.
