   Problems with Country Lakes Mobile Home Park that is owned by Eli Weiner of BoaVida Group at TheBoaVidaGroup.com who is one of the largest growing resorts across the nation who supposed to support so many Christian organizations across the nation but allows their staff to be hypocrites and bully their residents that are seniors and veterans in their Country Lake Mobile Home Park in San Jacinto California.

2. 2020-08-13 – BoaVida Named Fastest Growing Company by Sacramento Business Journal

   The BoaVida Group, owner and operator of mobile home and RV communities across the country, has been named the fastest growing company by the Sacramento Business Journal. The award is based on increase in growth between 2017 and 2019, during which BoaVida grew more than 1,000 percent, finishing 2019 with revenue of $16.29 million.

   Weiner said his plans for BoaVida include continued expansion across the nation, building the portfolio of properties and growing within their existing markets. BoaVida currently owns 108 properties in 18 states totaling more than 11,000 spaces, placing it among the largest operators in the country.

3. 2020-01-28 – BoaVida Sees Gold in the Silver State, Acquires Six Nevada Properties in One Transaction

   The BoaVida Group, owner and operator of mobile home and RV communities across the country, has acquired three properties in Las Vegas and three in Winnemucca in a single transaction. This continues a pattern of growth that, in 2019, added more than $150 million of properties to the $300 million the company already owns and operates.

   Weiner created an investment fund last year to facilitate the company’s growth. The company acquired 34 communities totaling more than 3,200 spaces from California to Rhode Island.

4. 2019-12-02 – BoaVida Expands Local Offices, Begins Hiring Surge to Support Nationwide Property Acquisitions

   The BoaVida Group, a Sacramento-based owner and operator of mobile home and RV communities across the country, is expanding its office space five-fold and adding 30 employees as it experiences a significant increase in activity.

   We have been very busy this year and there are dozens of new projects on the horizon, said BoaVida’s Eli Weiner.

   Weiner created an investment fund earlier this year to facilitate the company’s growth and add more than $150 million of properties to the $300 million the company already owns and operates. In recent months, the company has spent more than $82 million acquiring 22 mobile home communities totaling more than 2,200 spaces from California to Rhode Island.

   The fund has allowed us to move quickly, acquiring properties with cash and then investing in capital improvements to increase the value for residents and investors, said Weiner. We have the infrastructure in place for this pace of activity and are now hiring teams in property management and administration to prepare for more than 35 additional properties we will begin managing in the first quarter of 2020.

5. 2018-06-28 – Willits City Council Decides Against Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance

   The owners of Willits Mobile Home Park and many park residents attended Wednesday’s City Council meeting to make their voices heard about raises in rent, alleged issues with the new management company BoaVida, and a potential rent stabilization ordinance. There was standing room only at the meeting.

   After much discussion, City Council decided not to move forward with implementing a rent stabilization ordinance.

6. 2018-06-25 – Willits City Council to Look Again at Mobile Home Park Rents

   Tonight’s City Council meeting will cover topics that have been hot button issues in Willits dating back to December. On the agenda is a rent stabilization ordinance for Willits Mobile Home Park, formerly known as Wagon Wheel Mobile Home Park, and other mobile home parks in the area.

   Complaints were issued at the February 18 meeting by residents of the Willits Mobile Home Park due to conditions set by the new management, the Boa Vida Communities, including rent raises of $110 per month and allegedly unfair rules regarding weeds, overgrown lawns, and clutter, according to a report from former interim city manager Bob Perrault.

7. 2018-05-02 – Sacramento's BoaVida Buys Two More California Mobile Home Parks for $27 Million

   Affiliates of Sacramento-based BoaVida Communities LLC and Cascade Corporate Management recently purchased upscale recreational vehicle and mobile home parks in San Diego County for $27 million.

   The Roadrunner Club at Borrego LP, a private equity pooled investment fund, raised $6.7 million for part of the purchase of the Roadrunner Club, which is a 403-site mobile home park and adjoining 18-hole golf course in Borrego Springs, according to disclosures filed last month with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

   Springs RV & Golf Resort LP raised $1 million for a private equity pooled investment fund to buy the neighboring Springs at Borrego recreational vehicle park with 163 spaces and a nine-hole golf course, according to another SEC filing.

8. 2018-04-12 – Mobile Home Park Residents Stage First of Bimonthly Protests

   Despite rain and wind, residents from the former Wagon Wheel mobile home park and Valley Oaks staged a protest across Willits City Hall Wednesday, April 11 at Bud Snyder Memorial Park to bring awareness to their problems with an out of the area property management. BoaVida Communities took over ownership and management of the parks last year and the residents want the Willits City Council to pass a rent stabilization ordinance similar to Ukiah’s and other nearby cities in the area.

9. 2018-03-12 – Mobile Home Park Residents in Willits to Organize Protests

   Representatives from Wagon Wheel and Valley Oaks mobile parks traveled approximately 200 miles round-trip to Petaluma on Saturday where they met with residents of other mobile parks facing rent control issues throughout Mendocino County in an effort to begin development of a statewide strategy for dealing with what they call “predatory park owners.” A luncheon and group discussion on ideas and options for Willits residents was organized by the Golden State Manufactured-Home Owners League, a non-profit dedicated to the protection of statewide members and mobile home park residents.

10. 2018-03-03 – Willits City Council Tackles Rent Stabilization

    After hearing from concerned tenants, property owners and community members for several hours, the Willits Council by a 4-1 margin voted to accept a staff recommendation to form an ad hoc committee to work with all parties involved in resolving rent and long-term lease disputes with a caveat that should the committee fail in meeting their objective by June 20, the council would look into developing a rent stabilization ordinance similar to the one in place in the city of Ukiah.
