- Gentrification
- Gentrification is the process of renewal and rebuilding accompanying the influx of middle class or affluent people into deteriorating areas that often displaces poorer residents.
- Granny Flat
- See Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)
- Ground Lease
- The mobile home park owner owns the dirt only. Residents may own trailers, mobile homes, manufactured homes and/or recreational vehicles (RVs) on the dirt and pay the holder of the Ground Lease, the mobile home park owner, monthly space rent.
