- Vacancy Rate
- The percentage of mobile homes in a mobile home park that are vacant as of a certain date. For example, Knolls Lodge Mobile Home Park in Torrance, California has 257 spaces. As of December 2015, 53 of those spaces are available in some form. 53/257 = 21% Vacancy Rate.
- Volition
- Volition or will is the cognitive process by which an individual decides on and commits to a particular course of action. It is defined as purposive striving and is one of the primary human psychological functions.
