R

R&R
Rules and Regulations – Similar to rules of a condominium or other privately owned residential developments. The R&Rs list the minimum contractual requirements for resident and landlord behavior as a condition of living at the location. Rules and Regulations cover a broad array of requirements such as parking restrictions, amenity hours of usage, colors of house exterior paint allowable, appearance and maintenance of the home, rented lot maintenance, and so forth. These Rules and Regulations documents are in addition to the lot lease contract.
Racketeering Activity
Any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act), which is chargeable under State law and punishable by imprisonment for more than one year;

Real Property
Property that is not movable e.g. land, homes fixed to land (Site-Built Homes), and buildings fixed to land are all examples of Real Property.

Resident
Resident is a homeowner or other person who lawfully occupies a mobilehome.

Poured strips of concrete that serve as a foundation for a manufactured home.
RICO
RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS – What is the RICO Act? A federal law, passed in 1970, that allows prosecution and civil penalties for certain acts (including illegal gambling, bribery, kidnapping, murder, and money laundering) performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. RICO has been used to prosecute members of the mafia, the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, and Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group, among others.
